Hope

"I was lucky to be adopted into my forever home when I was 7 weeks old.  I love my older sisters so much.  I learned about the clicker when I was about 8 weeks old.  (I love that thing!)  It helped me learn what my parents wanted me to do very quickly.  I had to have surgery on my hips when I was only 9 months old.  It was real hard to be good during my recovery.  Now that I am all better, my daddy takes me hunting for birds.  (That is my favorite thing to do.)  I was certified as a Good Citizen at Trainer’s Academy in 2008.  I like when my mom takes me to school with her to show the doggies in her class what they can do if they try."

Emma

"My first owners were going to end my life after I fell off a bed and broke my leg.  (I was only 6 months old!)  The doctors at the vet couldn’t do it so I went to live with my foster mom with a splint on my leg.  While I was there, I broke another leg jumping off the couch.  My foster mom said I was having trouble understanding where I should go potty.  (It was hard with 2 broken legs.)  Finally, when I was about 9 months old I came to my new home.  I love my mom and daddy.  I got a new name and a new start.  I can run really fast and my parents say I am real smart.  I loved going to class at Trainer’s Academy with my sister."

Casey

Pam got Casey as a birthday present for her boyfriend Steve after his old Rottweiler "Duke" past away from old age. On the day of Steve's birthday, Pam and Steve went to the Detroit Humane Society and looked around and saw Casey, who was in the first run. While they were outside getting to know her, Steve bent down to her level where she began to kiss all over his face, from that moment both Pam and Steve fell in love and she became a part of their lives. Casey is a very good companion dog who is always by their side...even when they go to the bathroom. In the beginning Pam felt that Steve was going to pay more attention to Casey more than her but now it's the other way around...Pam pay more attention to Casey more than Steve...LOL!!!
 

Chilcote Creditors Mortage, aka Josie

Chilcote Creditors Mortage aka..Josie came into our family after we lost our beloved Brittany "Marty" on May 14, 2008 to cancer. Josie being the 3rd cousin to Marty comes from a long line of championship Chilcote Brittany's. In 1992 her great-grandfather finished #1 in the sporting group and #2 in the breed standings. She enjoys going to daycare, long walks on the beach and pina-colodas...LOL!!!

Reginald C. Spaniel, CGC, NTD is a Cocker Spaniel that lives with and is loved by Trainers Academy, LLC manager Jessica Muzzarelli.

Sunny, CGC, is a Greyhound that lives with and is loved by Trainers Academy, LLC instructor Devene Godau,CPDT-KA

Ollie and Libby are Australian Shepherds that lives with and are loved by Trainers Academy, LLC Assistant Instructor Linda St. Louis.
